What Your Man Wants
The boy-toy or man of your dreams is within your grasp, you just need that extra element. Even if you think resources are depleted, there’s always some intangible that will make him think “OK, this is a good place for love.”
I drew from a sampling of DList’s men and came up with these tips to help you with your man.
Although texting and Facebook messages are the norm for budding romance, that doesn’t make it the most appealing method of communication. Take the time to write him a handwritten note. The throwback gesture will bring back the thrill of the middle school crush and keep a small component of you with him all day.
Ladies, learn how to knot a tie (it’ll knock his socks off). Helping a man with his tie is more thrilling to him than the prospect of taking it off. By tying his tie, he sees you with an edge of mystique. “Where did she learn how to tie a tie?” he wonders.
Stick to your plans. If he asks you out on a date when you already have plans, say so. Never cancel your plans for a man. Men live for the chase. Making yourself readily available reeks of desperation (if he already knows he’s in, then the chase is over). The next day, text him (this would NOT be a time for handwritten notes) a time and place to meet in the near future.
Don’t divulge everything about at once. Keep your talents and secrets to yourself, giving him intermittent glimpses. Leave him looking forward to next time.
